We had self signed certificates that expired for both UCCX finesse and CUCM tomcat services. Both certificates have been regenerated and agents are now able to log back into finesse after the CUCM cert was regenerated but now all but one Agent can't see the Live Data Information, it is just a blank white screen and shows Loading Report. The agent that works was prompted to accept the new cert, others are not getting the prompt. I have cleared the browsing data/cache multiple times but nothing as resolved the issue. We have restarted the uccx system after the contact center was renewed.
Any suggestsion?
