I'm trying to generate a Phone Report
I search for the device by directory number. The results have two phones. My SEP device and my CSF device
I press Next
I it the name 20230818PhoneReportKB
I added the Description and Device Name device fields
I also added Directory Name and Partition line fields
I chose Run Immediately.
I look in Job Scheduler and it says it's complete
I go to Upload/Download Files and search for name begins with 2023
The file is not listed in the search results

What am I missing?
