Solved: A problem in the RV042

Hello.
I have a problem in the RV042.
Is losing the configuration and returning to factory setting.
Is with Release 4.2.3.03.
What's up ?? please !!!

Hi Alex

I would suggest:

manual reset to factory settings and re-flash latest Firmware 4.2.3.03
if will not help, downgrade to 4.2.2.08
if not help neither and your device is under warranty, open service request to SMB Support Center

Or you can describe something more about that issue (when it starts? what happen before issue started? when is configuration reset to factory default? by power lost or by random device reboots?) and perhaps we can help you more.
