Hi,
I need to configure a Cisco 887 router to allow VoIP packet,
I have a Cisco 887 Router that I used it for forward VoIP traffic of OneX Avaya application
but the onex remains in the partially connected state
Please what security services on Cisco router are interfering with VoIP packets,
Thanks.

Hi
cisco routers are open by default they don't block anything out of the box unless configured to do so.
do you have any acls in place make sure the required ports are open and ports are not being blocked there

Hi,
No I don't have any acls, and regarding the ports I configured a global NAT static instead of configuring port by port expmle:
Ip nat inside source static 10.100.118.3 81.192.142.25,
is this configuration is correct or I have to explicitly open ports
Thanks

Hi
no you need to open the specific ports with tcp/udp for nat and it may be required to use a range which some voice service require you to
some examples in this
