Can not login to RV320 with no response after click login button

Dear All,

I have a Cisco RV320 router, but now i have an issue to web console to this FW after i click login, it has no response although i tried to use different browser like edge, firefox or chrome, just wonder if i could use a console cable with cli commend ? as i need to access to this FW to check the public ip addresses infor, as i will replace a new FW, any help would be appreicated, Thanks

- Restart the RV320 , check if that can help ,

1. open chrome and press F12 button to open developer tools. then go to console tab at that window. then try to access router as normal and try to login. check if there is any error logged in console tab and share here.

2. try restarting the router and check to log again.
