Hi!
I have a FreePBX VOIP system that works fine except that I can't use a VOIP app on my Iphone from outside the firewall (It works fine if I use it inside the firewall).
I can hear the other person but they can't hear me.
The router and firewall is a Cisco RV320.
I have set IP & MAC Binding for the FreePBX to 192.168.176.195
I have forwarded port 5060 and 10.000-20.000 to 192.168.176.195
On the Firewall I have opened port 5060 and 10.000 - 20.000 to 192.168.176.195
I've tried enable and disable SPI and SIP alg
Any one have any idea of what can be wrong or if I have forgoten something!?
I'm not sure where to post this, I hope it came write!
Have a greate day,
/Fredrik

Sounds like an inspection issue. Try opening the firewall up both ways temporarily to see if it works. If it does then trim down the acl both ways.

Hi!
Thank you for the reply!
I've tried to disable the firewall but it didn't help.
Any other suggestion?
/Fredrik

Does the VOIP server know to route the traffic back to the firewall for the public IP the client will be shown as?
Maybe source NAT the traffic of the client to the inside IP address?

Hi! That shouldn't be an issue, it worked fine before installing the Cisco RV320 router/firewall
I really appreciate the help and suggestions!
Have a good day!

Hi again!
Cisco have released a new firmware and it solved half the problem :)
Now I can answer all incoming calls on my Iphone without any problem. If I place an outgoing call, I can hear the other person but he can't here me.
Do you have any suggestions?
