Hi. We just bought Cisco C921-4P router. We tried to enable Web GUI but nothing works. When i go to routers ip address there is simple text-based homepage.
http and https servers are enabled

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately installing CCP doesn't help. First of all, I see that Cisco no longer supports CCP Express so I understand that this shouldn't be installed on my router. Secondly, after I installed CCP I could see only a blank screen with "Launching CCP Express..." text. That launching never ends.
Why other Cisco routers don't need to install anything for Web GUI to work but mine does?

Sure we understand CCP no Longer case to use cisco discontinued.
then use case will be CLI level.

People who buy Cisco-branded routers and switches rarely configure them using GUI. It has always been CLI unless you go down the SD-WAN road.
