We have a Cisco RV 120 W Wireless N VPN Firewall installed at a users home who has a dynamic WAN IP address. The office side has a Secure Computing SG300 firewall with a static WAN IP address. The SG300 firewall supports an IPsec tunnel by host name if the remote end has a dynamic IP. I am wondering if the RV 120 is capable of acting as an endpoint by host name even though it's IP is dynamic. Thanks.

The RV120 supports dynamic DNS using DYNDNS.org, so if the SG300 firewall can connect by the dynndns.org DNS name you can make this work.

Thanks for the reply Phillip. The SG300 does support dynamic DNS, I'll give this a try.
