Cisco RV-130W IPsec VPN with GreenBow IPsec VPN client not working.

Please do help to take a look at my attached screenshot.

My PC at home is around connected to the RV-130W in my company but I can't seem to be able to ping any of the servers inside my company's network.

My home network is 192.168.31.0/24

My company network is 192.168.0.0/24

I am very puzzled why the GreenBow VPN client on my PC doesn't get a DHCP IP address from the RV-130W and it just self-assigned itself an IP address of 10.10.10.10 when the tunnel  is open instead which doesn't make any sense to me.

Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

Please take a look at the routing table on my home PC.

Apparently the GreenBow VPN client added a route of 192.168.0.0 /24 (my office network) to 10.10.10.1 but I didn't configure any 10.10.10.0 network inside my Cisco RV-130W router at all.

Can someone please kindly guide me on how should I configure the IPsec VPN server inside the RV-130W router ?

Hi Yatim ,

I am also a Cisco RV130W end user.

I suggest you change your greenbow setting as below and try again .

And I can confirm that greenbow version 5.1 is not compatible with RV130W, for fix that problem, you must use version 6.2 or newer .

I wish the information can help you to fix the problem.

Hi Seito,

I am using the GreenBow VPN client version 6.2 now

I have changed the settings to the same as in your screenshot but it is still not working.

User authentication is ok and tunnel is open but I still can't ping my router at 192.168.0.1 and my server at 192.168.0.88

I still see the route of 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0 to gateway 10.10.10.1 being added into my PC's routing table when the tunnel is open but I can't seem to ping 10.10.10.1 from my PC too.

Do I need to configure routing for network 10.10.10.0/24 inside my RV130W or do I need to configure NAT traversal for 10.10.10.0/24 network to 192.168.0.0/24 network inside my router instead ?

Can I configure the GreenBow VPN client to get an IP address of 192.168.0.XX from the DHCP server inside RV130W instead of using 10.10.10.10 ?

I have got the same problem when I have tick the " disable split tunneling"  , try to untick it and restart greenbow.
