Cisco RV042 Router automatically Restart every 1 minutes

Dear Sir,

 

Cisco RV042 Small Business router is automatically Restart every 1 minutes. Kindly give the solution to rectify the problem

any update regarding the exixiting Rv42 issue?

no solution, I have done several options, but none of them solved the
problem:

1. I reinstalled the FW
2. I installed an older FW
3. put the RV in boot mode and re-install with TFTP

None of the above solved the problem. this is very frustrating, I am
looking for options to replace 20 Rvs.


There is Any solution? we have been waiting a month

@DanielBernal 8 rv replaced with tplink, and counting. Where are you from?

i'm from colombia, i will reemplace with Tp-link Er7206 but, i lost 7 rv and i've 30 more.

Possibly Cisco or some HACKER or ENTITY ISP etc.. Has sent out a Kill PILL to kill all those routers it's not a coincidence too many are having same exact issue

NEW CISCO ROUTERS SWITCHES ARE RUNNING SOFTWARE BASED DEVICES THAT CAN BE MORE EASELY MANIPULATED HIDDEN BACK DOORS ANALYTICS ETC...

i lost 7 rv and i've 20 more. however I hope that CISCO presents a solution

I've had 2 rv042's two RV 042G's plus an RV340 18 months old crap out on me. After reading all of the other posts I feel lucky that's all so far.  I purchased Cisco Business router believing Cisco stood behind their Business Line, wow what a mistake that was.

We are facing same issue with our multiple units.

We have several RV042 units with the same symptoms, constantly rebooting and with the latest firmware.

Where is Cisco with a solution to this?  Hundreds of owners have the same issue and no word from Cisco.  Impossible to believe all these routers are failing the same way around the same time!
