Cisco RV082 two issues

I am using Cisco RV082 Router I need someone's help to resolve my following two issues.

1)   Statistics issue

I want to get my Internet traffic report like http://screencast.com/t/quDyqcLGXul this so I can control the user who using most of the bandwidth. Kindly guide me how can I get this type of statistics.

2)     Firewall

I want to restrict some traffic through firewal ACLs and allow only 1 manager to access whatever he want. I set managers IP in Access rules as shown in this link ( http://screencast.com/t/sy4Q51Y4 ) and than in content filters I enabled Enable Block Forbidden Domains ( http://screencast.com/t/AwTQKNKiLm ) it blocked everyone to access restricted sites including manager which I set to bypass all restrictions.

Please guide me in this regard.

Thank you for reaching Small Business Support Community.

1. Use the Port Management > Port Status page to view information and statistics for a selected port or even better try Syslog which is an industry-standard protocol used to capture information about network activity. When this feature is enabled, the router will send all log activities, including every source/destination IP address and service, to syslog server;

Log > System Log

Use the Log > System Log page to display statistics about all of the router’s ports

(LAN and WAN ports) and for more information about logging options on this RV082 please refer to chapter 10 in the admin guide;

2. Unfortunately the Content Filter overrides the Access Rule.
