OK I am looking for some help.

I have setup a 2 vlans on the RV120w I have inter-vlan routing unticked because each of the vlans is a separate client and I dont want them to be able to see each others PC's across the LAN. Except for one PC. Is there a way to setup a route for 1 pc to be able to have acces to another across the VLAN.

so PC at 192.168.3.195 needs to be able to see 192.168.4.90. port 32976

This has come about because the RV120 does not allow Hair Pinning. and we run a Neo Router server on the .4 range.

Hi Darryn, thank you for using our forum, my name is Luis I am part of the Small business Support community. You could select Deny and save the changes in order to set a default rule denying all access between Vlans, then create an access rule allowing port 32976 from the PC1 IP address to have access to both Vlan. That rules is going to give you access to the entire host in the Vlans. Please check the link below to see some steps.
