can you show me where to get the load file ??
<loadInfo> is the filename of the firmware of the phone.
and i have another user for the 7841
The 7841 has better display than the 3905. Under Admin Settings > Status > Status Messages what error messages are displayed?

Don't worry about the TLV file(s).
If the 3905 is working, then the SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file will work with the 7841 (as long as the relevant information, like <loadinfo> is changed appropriately).
Let me understand what you're attempting to do: You're attempting to register TWO (2) phones with your SIP provider. Is this correct?

Ok, so you need to talk to your SIP provider. There are some SIP provider that will only allow ONE SIP registration per account.
If there are TWO (2) or more SIP registration then there is a chance the SIP provider will only accept one.
If this is indeed the case, that only ONE (1) SIP registration (per account) is allowed, then the only alternative that I can think of is to use non-Cisco call server. All your phones will register with the non-Cisco call server and the call server will register with your SIP provider.
The most popular non-Cisco call server is Asterisk. Asterisk is a Linux-based system and there are different GUI-based Asterisk system such as FreePBX.

ERROR VERIFYING CONFIG INFO
Ok, we're getting somewhere.
This means the SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml has, at least, one wrong XML tag.
Start by removing extra line extension. (There should be, a minimum of, one line extension.) Reboot the phone and erase the config. Keep looking at the Status page because the first sign of something is wrong can easily be found there.
