Firmware 1.0.3.51 for Cisco RV130W wifi / gateway routing bug

So I tried this new firmware release on a RV130W I had, reset it to a default state and programmed it exclusively with the wizard.  The only two modifications beyond the wizard setup were to reset the router IP to 192.168.0.1 from 192.168.1.1 and to disable its DHCP server.

Wifi has always been problematic on these, but in this mostly default state the wifi will connect and DNS will process redirects etc but the gateway will not route WAN traffic to the client.  The external DHCP server (192.168.0.5, a Windows server) provides its own IP as the sole DNS server.  Enabling QoS on the RV130W solves the router's gateway routing immediately.

Disabling WMM on the wifi's main edit options list seems to resolve this product's notorious speed spiralling issues, but limits the wireless performance to Wireless-G link rates as it is required for Wireless-N.
