Does anyone know who is maintaining this site http://sbkb.cisco.com ? It appears to be up to date and has hundreds of well written and useful articles related to Cisco SMB gear. Unfortunately, it does not rank well in search engines, does not allow direct article linking and does not appear to be connected with supportforums.cisco.com. it seems like two groups at Cisco really should talk and combine these two efforts.
