I'm operating a Cisco RV340W behind a Draytek Vigor 130 VDSL modem in bridge mode. My provider is German Telekom, offering dual stack connection capabilities. I configured WAN settings to connect IPv4 through PPPoE and was assigned with an IPv4 address without any problems. However, so far I failed to figure out any working IPv6 settings (none of SLAAC, DHCP, PPPoE seemed to be working, IPv6 status remains "down"). I have little experience with IPv6 and just as little with Telekom ISP connections. Is anyone aware of how to configure IPv6 on RV340W at German Telekom?
My research so far has yielded that Telekom seems to delegate IPv6 prefixes/information through the IPv4 connectiviy link via IPv6CP. Later, DHCPv6 seems to be used to accquire the IPv6 prefix address offered by the ISP. Can anyone confirm this? How is this configured on the RV340W? Any recommendations on how to debug (WAN packet trace) this issue?
