I am working with a very small business (< 10 users) with an RV340 router, they have had to suddenly relocated their office and cannot move their 25 year old legacy PBX phone system. They have a proposal from there ISP for a VOIP phone system; however this had to be setup up locally on their LAN. I have been unable to find any articles on the VLAN, port, QOS and any other settings needed. The ISP has offered Yealink phones that we plan to connect to a POE switch. If this router cannot support VOIP, then I need a recommended alternative asap. The office uses the RV230W to also serve an office staff and guest Wi-Fi connectivity, but plan to use a wired connection for the phones.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thank you for sharing this document - it didn't come up in my searches, and it does help. I wish Cisco had a "SMB router VOIP setup for dummies" document.
