Need best router model recommendation for SOHO

Could you please suggest best router model based on below requirement-

1) concurrent user max 20-30 person

2) secured routers for bank .

3) only one ethernet port for lease line

4) with power cord.

5)Maximum speed for interner will be 10 mbps.

6)No voice services.

7)Vpn service required

Can you please share the price for this mode #ISR 1000.

Can we install 889 series router instead of ISR 1000. What is the cost difference in between them?

No I won't.  I don't know how much an ISR 1000 is worth in your part of the country.

Not my call.  It's not my network.  

Do note that Cisco is about to announce the EoS for the entire 800-series router.  This is why it is best to transition to the ISR 1000.

Cisco ISR4221/K9 ? if price is lower than ISR 1000.

ISR 1000 is more expensive than the ISR 4221? I find that hard to believe.
