Need help to Configure Bandwidth Management on RV042G router

Hello,

I would like to priorize some protocols but i need some help. In fact want to priorize HTTP protocol over NNTP protocol but without limit NNTP bandwidth if HTTP is not used.

If i play with high and low priority settings, NNTP speed is always reduced...

Is it possible to priorize in real time ?
