Is there any official information publicly available about replacement power supplies for Cisco small-business routers? We have a RV325 and need to replace the power adaptor, but are not 100% sure about the requirements (and exact connector dimensions -- I don't have a calipers). The power adapter that we had been using with the RV325 is a generic no-name adaptor. I am not sure if it is the one that originally came with the router. I can't find anything on the Cisco website or the RV325 manuals about what kind of power adaptor it uses.
I've done the google search, and found that I can buy another no-name adaptor on ebay or amazon that claims to be compatible with the RV325, usually in a listing with a disclaimer in the small-print at the bottom: "Please verify that this adapter matches your device. We are not responsible for <etc>"
Is there really no official information or suppliers? Only if we have an expensive service contract?

Hello @fourthriver ,
the power supply for the Cisco RV325 is rated 12V and 2A. As long as the connector fits, which is very likely, and the power source outputs 12V and 2A you should be ok.
Hope this helps.

Yes... and this is the part I lack information on. Right now, it seems like I have to settle for "trust the anonymous third-party vendor" combined with trial-and-error to determine if I have the right connector.
I was hoping there was something better.

Well, the RV325 was announced EOS back in 2017 and last date of hardware support was 30 june 2022. I don't think you have any other options besides the ones mentioned by you.
On the other hand, things are not that bad - the original power supply was made in China most probably. If you find a power supply with the original specifications and a connector that fits, most probably it also is made in China.
