Hallo,
we are using a WRVS4400N v2.0 with the latest Firmware 2.0.2.1 and the newest QuickVPN Client 1.4.2.1. And also testet 1.3.0.3 which was on the Cisco CD-ROM.
The Problem is as following:
We have two branch offices where 1-2 clients are connecting to the wrvs4400n in the headquarter. The Laptops with Win7 x64 can connect to the wrvs4400n but the winxp sp3 and sp2 machines can't connect successfully. The XP machines hang on the step where the connection ist proofed to be established, and get the error message " The remote gateway is not responding ..." and no ping is going through the connection. In the log file you can see only several ping attempts which fail.
I tested with windows firewall on and off, no other firewall is installed.
2 Win7 x64 systems where tested an they connect slowly but without any further problems.
On all WinXP machines the ipsec service is runing.
Does anybody have similar problems solved? Or any hint how to solve this problem.
