We have been using Quick VPN on both our win 7 & XP computers for some time. We also use both AT&T and Verizon broadband hotspots in 3/4G. Quick VPN has stopped working with both companies hotspots.
Quick VPN is still working if hardwired or using WIFI to a traditional ISP.
When using the hotspots all looks good until it is verifying the network, and then i get the error message "The remote gateway is not responding. Do you want to wait?". I can disconnect from the hotspot and connect to traditional wifi/wire and it will connect.

Dear Andy,
Thank you for reaching Small Business Support Community.
I would first suggest you to make sure you run the latest firmware release version on the router, v4.2.2.08;
I would then suggest to to uninstall and reinstall the VPN Client on the Windows based PC's, make sure you install the latest 1.4.2.1 version;
Just in case I advise you to check on the below document for QuickVPN installation tips on Windows based systems;
