Redirecting traffic from 2900 router to Squid

I have multiple vlans on my network. I have Installed and configured Squid3 transparent proxy on Ubuntu 16.04 . I want to know how I can redirect all traffics coming to the router to the squid.
My squid server is on a separate vlan from other user vlans.
I need you help please?

Two possible solutions:

1- If ALL the traffic has to go to the proxy then a default route pointing to it may work. Simple and easy.

2- If it is a bit more involved then policy-based routing may be the way to go:

Thank you for your help.
I just wanted to filter all traffics coming from vlans in my campus network
by the squid before going out of the network. Therefore every traffic
reaching the default gateway (the router) has to be forwarded to the squid
server only the squid server shall be allowed on the router.
