Reset Cisco 2911 to factory default

I have a Cisco 2911 router with VOIP bundle installed. If I reset the router to factory default, will the flash be affected?

No.

Issue the command "wr erase" and reboot.

I did the reset and it looks like all the files are still in flash.

I have a SM-SRE-700-K9 voice module installed in the 2911. I want to try to configure voice mail on my test network.  What is the gigE interface on the module used for? Can I use this interface to connect to another router?
