RV 320 Router did not survive firmware upgrade

Hi,

i just tried to upgrade our RV 320 from firmware 1.0.1.*** to the newest 1.1.0.09.

It correctly uploaded the file but after reboot the Diag light is red and the PWR light is blinking.

Reset (3 sec as well as 10 sec) does not work, also power off and on again does not work,

even combined with pressing reset. The support hotline told me that there is no hope.

Does anyone know about a tool like flashing a new firmware using usb?

I had the same thing happen with two RV320's. I used USB on one and a Windows 7 pc for the other. On the 3rd one I tried an XP pc and it worked fine. I did notice that after the upload, it takes 2-3 minutes for it to fully reboot.
