Hi Moideen koya Ammam veettil, my name is Johnnatan and I am part of the Small business Support community. In order to access to your web interface you have to type in your browser the default gateway address, you can do this follow these steps.
Start--> Run –> type ¨cmd¨--> type ¨ipconfig¨-->look for ¨default gateway¨-->copy the address, and paste it in your browser.
If doesn´t work, try using other browser, i.e. Mozilla, opera, chrome, safari.
I hope you find this answer useful, if it was satisfactory for you, please mark the question as Answered.

Hi Moideen koya Ammam veettil,
Did you try with the advice of tekliu? I mean, use https instead of http and clear the cache?.
If this did not work.
Send a ping from your computer to the router to verify the cable connection is not the problem. If the ping fails, check the cable, or disable the firewall, you can also try to access from another pc.
If you have any proxy enabled, disable it would be a good idea at the time that you enter the GUI.
And finally, Did you try to reset your device?
