RV042G firmware 4.2.3.08 available, but no release notes

I see that new firmware is available. But why are there no release notes? What changed? What bugs are fixed? What issues remain?

I updated one today without any quirks (albeit in stock form), one nice change is that on r08 the login screen shows 2016 vs r07 firmware still showing 2010--which is a nice quick indicator of how recent its firmware is prior to logging in.
