In order to resolve your problem , you can follow these two tips:
Step1: Go Firewall > Access rules and check that there is a rule that is blocking any port or some ip address which prevent the Ping or remote access.
Step 2 : Go Firewall > General and disable the “Block Wan Request” and enable the “Remote management” (also you can change this port).
