RV130W UDP port forwarding issue

I set up a single port forward on this router for UDP only and a couple of times it has stopped accepting connections. It seems like somehow it has got "jammed", because if I change the public port number on the rule, it starts working again on the new port. We've never had this problem with TCP port forwarding. Wondering if anyone can suggest anything? It has the latest firmware installed.

Thanks - logging wasn't enabled actually. I've enabled it and will keep an eye on it.
