Does RV134W have an option to disable access for hosts on VLAN 2 (e.g. host at IP 192.168.2.100). to router management interface (192.168.2.1). In my case VLAN 2 is a WiFi guest.

RV134W doesn't have a Device Management option (while RV180 has this feature, strange isn't it?).
This feature is available for RV180 as you can see from this post and the picture below:
