Is there an update to the firmware for RV routers so I can use the standard AT&T 4G modem? Been an awfully long wait for such a common modem!

Hi Per, thank you for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan I am part of the Small business Support community. I have a question for you, did the RV215 is currently working? If the answer is yes, it should be working fine with the update; actually I will send you the release notes about the updates.

No it has never worked, and everyone believe this was an omission since the AC313U modem is AT&T's most used modem in the US. I have logged a service request and you can see the earlier thread about the subject.

I apologize about that, well in this case you could update your device firmware and try; if the problem persist I advise you to set the IP address and DNS statically, if the issue continues, could you please reach out to our Small Business Support Center and open a Service Request to address this issue? One of our Engineers may be able to work with you and diagnose the root cause. You can find the appropriate contact information for SBSC in the below link.
