RV215W remote desktop doesn't work

Hello,

I have router RV215W, firmware 1.3.0.7 and I cannot get an access to Windows Server in LAN network via remote desktop. I have configured port forwarding (in firewall) for signle ip address (according to manual Port forwarding). Internal port is 3389 and external port is 13389. What could be the reason that I cannot establish remote desktop connection from outside the network ? Ping to external IP address works.

You probably still don't have port forwarding configured correctly or the Windows server configured correctly.  To eliminate the router being the issue, put the server in the router dmz and see if that works.  If it does, then you still need to work on getting the port forwards right.

Configuration was ok in the router, I have upgraded firmware to the newest and remote desktop works.
