RV220W with Cisco ProtectLink Web

Hi,

i am using a RV220W with Cisco ProtectLink Web in a friend's cafe.

i have activated the Cisco ProtectLink Web but i see that some customer can still able to download torrent via utorrent.

any idea who to block it?

Hi Antreas, thank you for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan I am part of the Small business Support community. I apologize for the you are having, also I am sorry but is not possible to block the Utorrent because this application use a random port to download the file, if you want to lock it you need to block all the ports in your router, that’s why you are not able to block it; however you can restrict the programs that the user can install in your computers to avoid this issues in the future, also if you have an AD domain you can implement group policies and restrict this kind of software.
