RV315W: How to let IPs from another subnet to access Internet

My router IP is 192.168.0.254, all IPs assigned from this router can access to Internet. But I have another internal subnet with with 192.168.1.X, these IPs are not assigned from this RV315W's DHCP, after I changed from a TP-Link router to RW315W, all this subnet can't access to Internet. Before this, they were working fine.

IPs from two these internal subnets are communicating to each other without problem now. 

The Inter-VLAN routing was enable.

A Policy-based Routing Rule was also tried to add with 192.168.1.0 subnet.

Can anyone give me instruction on how to solve it please?

is the RV315W (the one with internet connectivity) the only routing device in your network?

Yes, RV315W is the only routing device connecting to the Internet.

It seems blocking IPs from other subnets to access the Internet. 

One thing can confirm is: 

Two subnets 192.168.0.x (from RV315W) and 192.168.1.x (with fix IP setting) are connecting and working without problem now, we can access to computers and NAS each other, and we use these two subnets for our VOIP Telephony without problem.
