Hi,
We have a RV320 and Telstra 4G Sierra 320U USB dongle.
The dongle has a Telstra Data Sim card which when plugged into a pc works fine.
Signal strength shows up and shows 3G/4G modem is connected and works normally.
No IP is obtained.
Using telstra.internet as APN with all other settings empty. I have tried various combinations of dial numbers, DNS servers (the ones it uses when plugged into a pc) and PIN codes (last four digits of PUK) with no success.
If the RV320 is set to primary mode, should an IP be showing up in system summary and does anyone have any useful info regarding using Telstra dongles like this?
Any advise is greatly appreciated,
George

According to Cisco web site about Dongles for your Router's Model RV320 please take a look on the following link
Cisco is working right now to upgrade the list with more Manufacturer.
Thank you

The RV320 but it might not be supported by the ISP, can you check with your ISP if it is ?
There is not much you can configure as far as the USB ports on the RV320 are concerned. Make sure that the credentials are entered correctly (as described on page 28 of the attached user guide):
