RV320 v.1.3.1.10

I have 2 RV320 Routers running version 1.3.1.10, which seems to have been removed from the Cisco download site.

I am having an issue with these routers connecting a gateway-gateway VPN due to "malformed packet" issues I discovered in the log.

I was going to try a upgrade of the firmware on the router in question to the same firmware version, but I cannot find it online, or any documentation relating to the version I am running.

Can I safely downgrade to v.1.2.x without losing configurations? How can I be running a firmware version that is brand new (2-2016) that is no longer available with any documentation or mention on the Cisco support site.
