I am trying to set up port forwarding on a RV325 for port 25565. Though when I check to see with the port checker it still says it is closed. Anyone know what an idiot I am.

Which version of Minecraft are you using. According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/azure/reference-architectures/multiplayer-basic-game-server-hosting, the ports vary based on version of the game.
Minecraft Java Edition = TCP 25565
Minecraft Bedrock Edition = UDP 19132
Does your port checker specify TCP 25565 specifically or does it just say you have closed ports?
Also what about the firewall on 192.168.1.107? Have you allowed TCP 25565 inbound on that computer?

The solution ended up being a port restriction within Windows Firewall not allowing the port to pass through.
