Hello,
It has two Cisco RV325 devices both with the IPSec VPN configuration enabled and configured, but when I click on "connect" on them the message "waiting" and back to the "connect" option appears. I have reviewed all the settings and I have the latest firmware version. Also I tested the public IPs and they are correct. Is there anything that can be done?
Attach my device's VPN settings.
If you can help I'll be very grateful.
Best Regards.

What IPSEC-VPN client are u using?
Also i wouldn't use a 768 bit DH-group for key-exchange, DES for encryption and MD5 for Auth, those settings are not secure.
You should use Group 5 as a DH-Group, AES-128 or better for encryption and SHA-1 for Auth.
