Hey, I'm new in the world of cisco routers, I just bought a 2nd handed RV340 for load balancing and VPN, I connected my ISP provider to WAN 1 port and my PC to any LAN port to start the basic configuration, but my PC doesn't receive a DHCP IP from the RV340, I just receive a random IP, I tried factory reset with no good results.
Any suggestions of what can I do?

basically these device do not have any Cli access to post show run.
Steps :
1. reset to factory
2. then do the quick setup :

Hey! I tried many times to do the factory reset, but no good results, then I thought it might need more time than 10 seconds, I leave the button pressed until the VPN Led turned red, unplug and plug the power and it worked! I am now able to access my RV340 GUI.
