RV340W - Spare parts

Unfortunately, I broken a RV340W antenna. I tried to contact the seller, but it can't provide for that part. I contacted a Cisco customer care and it told me they can't provide for the antenna. I need to replace that antenna with a original spare part o with a compatible antenna.
The antenna it's linked to "J3" and it is only one with one cable (other three are linked with two cable).
Anybody can help me?

its complicated request. cisco do not provide warranty or RMA for physically damaged equipment. you have 3 options.

1. buy compatible antenna (better check with technical spec. i found below dbi levels in datasheet)

Antenna gain in dBi

2.4 GHz: 3 dBi each antenna 5 GHz: 5 dBi each antenna

2. replace router with new device

3. try to repair the antenna cable and connectors if broken
