RV345 and netflow or something similar

I'm using this router in basic and i want to running netflow to monitoring net traffic, packet statistic and inspection and overall to log the network usage.
on download section for this router on cisco.com site i see
Router Application Visibility Control (AVC) Signature
that sugest that it is AVC itself or only application signature for AVC. Is RV routers support NBAR2
How can i add running / install netflow on my router?
do i need an license to do this. What kind of license?
Where, on the router console, can i configure AVC Netflow to redirect trafic to netflow collector ?
