RVS4000 4-port gigabit security router with vpn: change wan port setting to 100MB full duplex

I have Cogent as an ISP there gateway router produces error if the connecting device wan port isnt set to 100mb full duplex, How can I change settings.

Gaylon, it appears that this question has been asked several times here in the suppot forums.  Due to the lack of responses, I am guessing it is impossible which is sad.  We may have to ditch this router because of this issue.
