I've set up port forwarding from an external port (9000) to an internal port (80) on our SRP541W, and for some reason, it's not working externally. If I access the public address from within the internal network, it works properly. Any ideas?

Hi Adam,
When you configured the static IP address on the camera, did you set itd default gateway address to 192.168.15.1 (the SRP500).
Are there any other configuration settings in the camera that perhaps limit access to local clients?

Hi Adam,
You don't have an advanced firewall rule that is blocking port 9000 do you?

I do not.

Hi Adam,
This feature has always worked for me in the past.
Has your web server been configured with a default GW address?
Could you paste a screen shot of your rule configuration page? The following works for me:

I'm not sure what a GW address is... It's a security camera, and it's set to a static IP.
I've attached the screen shot you requested here.

You nailed it...I had the gateway set incorrectly. Thank you again for your help!
