Who (and how) do I contact about a noisy fan?
The item is still under warranty and I have tried to raise a support issue or even raise a contact to someone but it is near impossible to do that on the web site.
(I find the whole Cisco site very un user friendly)
I am in Australia.

My name is Chris from the Cisco Small Business Support Center.
The Australian number for the SBSC is 1.800.605.731, we can create a case for you get get that device RMA'd.
However, if your SRP was supplied by Telstra or Big Pond you need to give them a call, and they will get the device replaced for you.
