Two IP configuration

Have Cisco SA520-K9, the router is configured for our Internet with a 72.xxx.xxx.xxx number. Cable modem has second IP address that is linked to MAC address of Management software computer.

Problem: The second IP address which is a 216.xxx.xxx.xxx number is not finding my Management software computer. If I connect this computer direct to the cable modem, it connects no problem. I need this computer to connect with this 216.xxx.xxx.xxx number so a remote SIP server will do the authentication needed for the Management software. The SIP server is set to look for the 216.xxx.xxx.xxx number.

Any suggestions on configuring the router or what is needed for this to work proper. I tried to use the optional port and setup with the 216.xxx.xxx.xxx ip address, subnet, and gateway. Also set to use the MAC address of the Management software computer, but still no luck.

Thanks for any help
