Web server behind RV180 and getting client's original IP

Web server is behind Cisco RV180 VPN Router. Port 80 is forwarded to web server. all the rest is default.

when web application requests user's host address, then it appears as coming from our router's local address (10.0.0.1).

what needs to be configured so that RV180 would pass on client's original IP?

This is strange.  So let me get this straight.  A server that is being port forwarded to replies with it's LAN address vs the WAN address?  If the reply is coming from the server software on the server, this is correct.  If the client is reading this from the external IP, then something is wrong.

it is firmware problem of RV180 as was replied earlier. I replaced the router with another (Linksys) and using port forwarding I now get correct IP.  RV180 just has to wait until next firmware update.

Interesting.  What a strange bug.  Glad you were able to fix it.
