Hi,
when I go to FIREWALL --> Basic settings
I'm not able to check the option buttons on HTTPS feature and on Remote management too.
Actually seems that the option buttons are locked.
Any idea to solve the problems ?
I need to enabling HTTPS but right now its DISABLE, and I cannot click to change status.

Hi Matteo,
I have a quick question in reference to the problem you are experiencing. Is the Firewall itself currently enabled or disabled? Settings under the firewall become unchangeable if you have disabled the firewall on some of our Small Business routers.

Firewall right now is enabled,
I have trie all two solutions, but never changed.

Hi,
I will advice you to reset the router to factory defaults, you can do this by going to the interface of the device or by pushing the reset button for over 30 seconds. If that doesn't help, I would re-install the latest version of the firmware and doing the factory reste again.
That should solve your issue.
