I have a 1760, that must have had a surge or something. When i try to console into it, this is all I get:

I know cable is ok, because i used it on replacement 1760...

I can't access router at all???

Try differnt baud rate when you connect via a application such as hyperterm.

1200, 2400, 4800, 9600 or 19200 (or even higher speeds)
