The 1941 router has USB ports, Will it support a USB celluar data card? Please advise.

No, it will not.

You need to buy a specific HWIC card for 3G data access.

This lists the modules supported on the ISR G2 routers. You want to look at the section on 'Wireless WAN modules' on page 6.
