Hi All
We have a cisco 2821 router , for now we need five layer three ports for WAN connection , can I install HWIC-1FE + HWIC-2FE simultaneously on the router ?

Yes you can use both HWIC-1FE and HWIC-2FE simultaneously on your router.

Unless Chhabi has seen such actually work, from table 1 in: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/routers/2800-series-integrated-services-routers-isr/product_data_sheet0900aecd80581fe6.html perhaps not. There might be a limitation of just two more routed ports.

Thanks for sharing the link Joseph and sorry for my sheer ignorance.Actually one of my client is using 4 HWIC-2FE and 2 HWIC-1FE card on their 3845 router.
